Full-time employees are eligible for vacation pay. An employee may use vacation pay starting the first day following the year in which it is earned, provided the employee has completed one year of continuous service from the date of employment.
Vacation pay is determined in the following increments:
- After one year: 80.6 Hours
- After five years: 119.6 Hours
- After 10 years: 161.2 Hours
- After 15 years: 200.2 Hours
District employees receive 12 holidays per year plus a floater holiday and a birthday holiday.
