West Valley Water District's mission is to provide our customers with safe, high quality and reliable water service at a reasonable rate and in a sustainable manner.
Who Do We Serve?
West Valley Water District serves approximately 82,000 customers in the communities of Bloomington, Colton, Fontana, Rialto, parts of unincorporated areas in San Bernardino, and Jurupa Valley in Riverside County. Here is a map of our District Service Area.
Where Is Our Water From?
West Valley Water District is composed of three water sources: groundwater wells (46%), surface water (13%), and imported water (41%). Groundwater wells pump from the Chino Basin, Lytle Creek Basin, Bunker Hill Basin, Rialto-Colton Basin, and North Riverside Basin. Surface water comes from Lytle Creek in the San Bernardino Mountains, and State Water Project's Silverwood Lake. For more details Click Here.
