Customers with damaged, lost, or stolen checks can request a replacement by calling (909) 820-3700.

Many West Valley Water District (WVWD) customers recently received a rebate check for 15 percent of their 2017 water consumption charges. Rebate checks went out May 1 to those who were current residential and commercial customers as of March 31, 2018.


Due to customer reports of local mailbox break-ins, WVWD will provide a one-time reissuance of damaged, lost, or stolen rebate checks. Customers must contact WVWD by May 16 to have their check reissued. Replacements will be mailed by May 22, 2018.
