CLARENCE C. MANSELL, JR APPOINTED GENERAL MANAGER OF
WEST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
(Rialto, CA) The West Valley Water District Board of Directors appointed Clarence Mansell, Jr. as General Manager during the last Board Meeting on December 20th. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Mansell has become an accomplished water expert, having collaborated with various policy leaders and agencies throughout California.
Board President Dr. Michael Taylor stated, “Clarence brings with him the experience that will allow West Valley Water District to become an innovative leader while increasing the service levels our customers deserve.”
Mansell started his career with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts and has gone onto work for other agencies, including the cities of Los Angeles, Corona, and Rialto.
Board Vice President Kyle Crowther stated, “Clarence is incredibly creative and smart, and he is eager to explore new ideas to improve our infrastructure.”
Clarence Mansell, Jr went on to address the Board, “Thank you for the opportunity to lead the District, as we explore ways to improve services. I look forward to building on the achievements the District has accomplished thus far.”

West Valley Water District (WVWD) is a special district that provides water service to approximately 80,000 people, spanning from both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. In a 31 square mile area, WVWD serves portions of the communities of Bloomington, Colton, Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino, and Jurupa Valley.
