Water District receives 2024 McMurchie Excellence in Safety Award
RIALTO, Calif. — West Valley Water District (WVWD) is honored to announce that it has been selected by the Special District Risk Management Authority as the recipient of the 2024 McMurchie Excellence in Safety Award in the Workers’ Compensation Program – Large Member Category. The award was presented on September 11 at the California Special Districts Association conference in Indian Wells, CA.
This prestigious award is presented annually to organizations that exhibit exceptional safety practices, strive to enhance safety protocols and establish long-term safety programs that include collaboration between management and staff.
