West Valley Water District's payment portal system allows you to more easily and efficiently manage your account and pay your bill.

I’m on autopay now, do I have to do anything?: Yes, if you’d like to remain on autopay or pay your bill online, you must create an account and reenter your banking information. This will ensure that you continue to pay your bill on time.
Will I be able to see my live water usage?: Your bill will continue to include your past water usage history, however at this time live water usage is not available.
Do I need to sign up if I pay by bill in person or through mail?: No, however signing up now will allow you to access your account, track payment history and manage your preferences if you ever choose to update your payment methods.
Will I need to pay convenience fee?: You will only pay a convenience fee if you choose to pay by credit/debit card. You can avoid this fee by linking your bank account information.
